SpeciesMus musculus
Strain nameB6.Cg-Pcdhg<tm(EN130)>/TyagRbrc
Former Common nameEN130, Pcdhg EN130
H-2 Haplotype
ES Cell lineTT2 [(C57BL/6NCrlj x CBA/JNCrlj)F1]
Background strain
Appearance
Strain developmentDeveloped by Takeshi Yagi, National Institute for Physiological Sciences/Graduate School of Frontier Biosciences, Osaka University in 2001. Delta neo type (RBRC03152) was generated by crossing with Sycp-cre mice.
Strain descriptionPcdhg gene knockout mice. A polyA of Pcdhg common region was replaced with tau-lacZ gene. lacZ-neo cassette type (RBRC01689), delta neo cassette type (RBRC03152). Homozygous mice show no obvious abnormality.
Colony maintenanceHomozygote x Homozygote [or Crossing to C57BL/6J(Crlj)]
