Strain description | Phospholipase Cepsilon is a novel class of phosphoinositide-specific phospholipase C that were identified as a downstream effector of Ras and Rap small GTPases. This knockout strain expesses a phospolipase Cepsilon catalytically inactivated by gene targeting. Homozygous mutant mice show a congenital semilunar valvulogenesis defect. |
