Strain development | Developed by Hiroki Moribe and Eisuke Mekada, Research Institute for Microbial Diseases, Osaka University in 2012. EGR-G101 ES cells derived from C57BL/6-Tg(CAG/Acr-EGFP)C3-N01-FJ002Osb were used to generate the mutant mice. KO mice (tm1b allele mice) were generated by crossing with CAG-Cre mice. |
Strain description | Tspan11 gene floxed (tm1a allele, knockout first) mice (RBRC06381 and RBRC06382) and KO (tm1b allele, post-cre) mice (RBRC06383 and RBRC06384). Exons 4 and 5 were flanked by loxP sites. So far, homozygous mutant mice show no obvious abnormality. |
