Strain developmentDeveloped by Yoshihiro Omori and Takahisa Furukawa, Institute for Protein Research, Osaka University. The original allele were from the Knockout Mouse Project (KOMP) Repository. JM8A1.N3 ES cells were used to generate the mutant mice. Floxed mice (tm1c allele mice) were generated by crossing with CAG-FLPe mice.
