|
Strain description |
This transgenic mice express the cre recombinase gene under the control of the Pcdh21 gene promoter. This can be used to make an conditional knock-out by crossing with the other genetically-engineered mice that have floxed genes. The expression of cre recombinase was observed in the mitral/tufted cells that are projection neurons in the olfactory bulb. |
