Strain description B6.129P2-Drd4<tm1(IL2RA)Tao. The human interleukin-2 receptor alpha-subunit gene and neo cassettes were introduced into exon 2 of mouse D4R gene. Specific neurons expressing D4R gene of this mice are disrupted by a recombinant immunotoxin.
