Strain description | Mgl1 gene knockout mice. Exons 2 to 10 were replaced with a PGK-neo and lacZ cassette. The MGL is one of the calcium-dependent (C type) lectins, which are intrinsic carbohydrate recognition proteins. C57BL/6 background (RBRC01889) and BALB/c mixed background (RBRC01890). Under investigation (details unknown). |
