Strain description | B6.129S4-Ephb6<tm1Tom>. EphB6, Eph receptor B6, is a member of the largest family of receptor protein kinases. Homozygous mutant mice developed normally and fertile, but T cell responses in them were compromised. This strain is useful for elucidating the EphB6 gene function. |
