ES cell line E14TG2a [129P2/OlaHsd]carries Hprt
Background strain C57BL/6JJcl
 1 Appearance black
Genotype a/a B/B C/C
Strain development Developed by Tohru Kataoka, Kobe University Graduate School of Medicine in 2007. E14TG2a ES cells were used to generate the mutant mice. The mice were crossed with Tg(ACTB-cre)13Miya mice. C57BL/6 semicongenic.
Strain description RA-GEF-2 (Rapgef6) gene knockout mice. Exon 21 was removed. Homozygous knockout mice are viable and fertile, but exhibit an inlarged spleen, increased IgE and IgG levels and altered cytokine production.
Colony maintenance Homozygote x Homozygote [or Crossing to C57BL/6JJcl]
