Strain development Developed by Yasuhide Ohinata and Mitinori Saitou, RIKEN, Center for Developmental Biology in 2008. Transgene was injected into the pronuclei of B6D2F2 fertilized eggs. The mice were crossed to C57BL/6.  
Strain description This transgenic strain expresses a plasma membrane anchored Venus (mVenus) under the control of the mouse Prdm14 promoter.
