1) In publishing the research results obtained by use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE, a citation of the following literature designated by the DEPOSITOR is requested. PLoS One. 2011 6(12):e29141.
2) The RECIPIENT shall use the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE only for academic research for the purpose of publishing the research results.
3) The BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE contains Tg(Aicda-re)9Mbu and Gt(ROSA)26Sortm1Sho. Before executing the MTA between RIKEN BRC and the RECIPIENT, the RECIPIENT shall contact Dr. Meinrad Busslinger, Research Institute of Molecular Pathology and shall execute the material transfer agreement with Research Institute of Molecular Pathology to use Tg(Aicda-cre)9Mbu. The RECIPIENT shall obtain the prior written consent of Dr. Philippe Soriano, Mount Sinai School of Medicine to use Gt(ROSA)26Sortm1Sho.
