Appearance | |
Strain development | Developed by Hiroaki Honda, Research Institute for Radiation Biology and Medicine, Hiroshima University in 2012. E14 ES cells (129P2/OlaHsd) were used. The mutant mice were crossed to C57BL/6 mice. Neomycin selection cassette was removed by crossing with FLPe mice. |
Strain description | Exon 5 to 9 of Cbl (Casitas B-lineage lymphoma) gene was replaced with a loxP flanked human CBL, and a human CBL having Q367P variant was inserted the downstream. |
Colony maintenance | Heterozygote x Wild-type [C57BL/6NCrlCrlj] |
