Strain development | Developed by Masatake Araki, Institute of Molecular Embryology and Genetics, Kumamoto University. |
Strain description | Gzf1-cre diver mice. The Beta-geo gene in the exchangeable gene trap clones of Gzf1 gene was replaced with a cre recombinase gene. Ubiquitous X-gal staining was observed in the pups from crossing Gzf1-cre mice with ROSA26-lacZ mice. |
Colony maintenance | Heterozygote x Wild-type [C57BL/6NJcl] |
