In publishing the research results to be obtained by use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE, an acknowledgment to the DEPOSITOR is requested.
The availability of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE is limited to a RECIPIENT of a not-for profit institution for a not-for-profit research. Prior to requesting the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE, the RECIPIENT must obtain approval from the DEPOSITOR using the Approval Form. If the DEPOSITOR/DEVELOPER judges that the research should be a collaborative work, the RECIPIENT agrees to include the DEPOSITOR/DEVELOPER as a co-author in any publications resulted by the use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE during the first 2 years after deposition by the DEPOSITOR to the RIKEN BRC. The RECIPIENT must not redistribute the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE without approval from the DEPOSITOR. The RECIPIENT must contact the DEPOSITOR in the case of application for any patents or commercial use based on the results from the use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE.
