BRC No. | RBRC06003 |
Type | Transgene |
Species | Mus musculus |
Strain name | ICR.Cg-Tg(CAG-Hes1,EGFP)1Imayo |
Former Common name | Z/EG-Hes1 ; CAG-Hes1/GFP Tg#1 |
H-2 Haplotype | |
ES Cell line | TT2 [(C57BL/6NCrlj x CBA/JNCrlj)F1] |
Background strain | |
Appearance | |
Strain development | Developed by Itaru Imayoshi and Ryoichiro Kageyama, Institute for Virus Research, Kyoto University in 2007. TT2 ES cells were used. The mutant mice were crossed to ICR. |
Strain description | Expression of Hes1 and EGFP can be induced by CAG promoter after Cre-mediated recombination. The transgene was induced to ES cells by electroporation, and the clone having a single transgene copy was used for producing chimera mice. |
Colony maintenance | Carrier x Noncarrier [or Crossing to Slc:ICR] |
