Strain development | Developed by Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nagoya City University and Genome Information Research Center, Osaka University in 2010. EGR-G01 ES cells were used. The mutant mice were crossed to C57BL/6 over 8 times. |
Strain description | Fad24 (Noc3l) gene knockout mice. Exons 6-8 and a part of 9 were replaced with a neo cassette. Homozygous mutant mice are embryonic lethal. |
