Strain description | CAG-CAST1 knock-in mice (delta STOP-neo type). A CAG-loxP-neo-loxP-SCAT1-pA cassette was inserted into the Gt(ROSA)26Sor locus, and then the floxed neo cassette was removed by crossing with CAG-Cre mice. Homozygous mice are viable (fertility is unknown). |
