Strain developmentDeveloped by Shinichi Nakagawa, RIKEN. C57BL/6 background. TT2 ES cell line [(C57BL/6NCrlj x CBA/JNCrlj)F1] was used. Mice were backcrossed to C57BL/6 for 5 generations. CDB1192K.
Strain descriptionKnock-in mice for Cre-dependent overexpression of mouse heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein U (Hnrnpu). Targeted insertion of CAG-loxP-pgk-neo-3xpA-loxP-Flag-Hnrnpu-pA cassette into the mouse Rosa26 locus. Flag-tag was fused to Hnrnpu N-terminally. A strain deleting pgk-neo-3xpA by Cre is available as RBRC09767.
