Strain descriptionKnock-in mice for overexpression of mouse heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein U (Hnrnpu). RBRC09766 is a strain carrying targeted insertion of CAG-loxP-pgk-neo-3xpA-loxP-Flag-Hnrnpu-pA cassette into the mouse Rosa26 locus. Flag-tag was fused to Hnrnpu N-terminally. This strain was generated by further crossing FVB-Tg(Ddx4-cre)1Dcas/J to delete pgk-neo-3xpA.
