Strain description | Floxed mice for Dgcr14 (DiGeorge syndrome critical region gene 14). loxP sites are placed at intron 3 and 8. Targeting vector (PG00129_Y_4_A10) was obtained from the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute. RENKA ES cells derived from C57BL/6N were used. Mice were further crossed with 129S4/Sv.JaeSor-Gt(ROSA)26Sortm1(FLP1)Dym/J to remove lacZ and neo. Dgcr14 knockout mice are available as RBRC09772. |
