| Strain description | Knockout mice for Dgcr14 (DiGeorge syndrome critical region gene 14). Targeting vector (PG00129_Y_4_A10) was obtained from the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute. RENKA ES cells derived from C57BL/6N were used. IRES-LacZ-pA and Neo resistance gene were inserted at the 3rd intron. Floxed strain for conditional Dgcr14 allele is available as RBRC09771. |
