Strain developmentDeveloped by Hodaka Fujii and Masahito Ikawa, Research Institute for Microbial Diseases, Osaka University in 2015. EGR-101 ES cells derived from C57BL/6N were used and targeted at Rosa26 locus by the CRISPR/Cas9 technique. Mice were maintained in the B6D2F1 genetic background.
