Strain description | Syncrip (synaptotagmin binding, cytoplasmic RNA interacting protein) floxed mice. Floxed Neo gene fragment was placed at intron 4 of the Syncrip gene and another loxP was placed at intron 2. TT2 ES cells derived from (C57BL/6 x CBA)F1 was used, and then the mice were backcrossed to C57BL/6 for 6 generations. |
