Background strain | |
Appearance | |
Strain development | Developed by Jun Hamazaki, The University of Tokyo in 2009. RENKA ES cells derived from C57BL/6N were used. Mice were further backcrossed to C57BL/6N for more than 6 generations. |
Strain description | Adrm1 (adhesion regulating molecule 1, Rpn13 Rpn13) floxed mice. A pair of loxP flanks exon 3 and 4 of the Adrm1 gene. An FRT-flanked Neo gene was deleted by crossing with a Flp-mouse strain. |
