ES Cell line | RENKA [C57BL/6NCrlCrlj] |
Background strain | |
Appearance | |
Strain development | Developed by Jun Hamazaki, The University of Tokyo in 2009. RENKA ES cells derived from C57BL/6N were used. Mice were further backcrossed to C57BL/6N for more than 6 generations. |
Strain description | Adrm1 (adhesion regulating molecule 1, Rpn13 Rpn13) mutant mice. An FRT-flanked neomycin resistance cassette was inserted upstream of exon 3. This fragment and exon 4 were flanked by a pair of loxP. |
